Q. Can I arrange mooring or dock space through Edgartown Marine?
A. Moorings and dockage can be arranged through the Edgartown Harbormaster's website at edgartownharbor.com
Q. What do I do in the event of a hurricane?
A. Edgartown Marine provides priority hauling services for storage customers.
We begin hauling for hurricanes when there is a good probability, according to NOAA and other weather forecasters, that a hurricane will impact our area within ninety-six hours. Storage customers should preplan for hurricane service when scheduling their spring launch. They may also call 508 627 4388 to arrange for hauling, and if desired, relaunch after the hurricane or severe weather passes.
Q Can Edgartown Marine perform service on engines beside those made by Yamaha, Mercury, Evinrude, Johnson, Honda, Suzuki and Bombardier?
A. Yes, Edgartown Marine repairs, commissions and decommission inboard and outboard engines from most manufacturers.
Q. What do I do if I require an emergency repair?
A. In case of emergency, either call Edgartown Marine (508 627 6500), or stop into our Ship's stores at 32 Herring Creek Road, or our seasonal 1 Morse Street store at North Wharf.
Q. Are you certified as environmentally friendly?
A. We recycle all possible materials, including marine oil, gas, and lubricants, shrink wrap materials used for boat storage, and environmentally harmful substances.
